It took me a lot of courage to post this picture. So yeah, I’ve had some problems with my body, well I hated it and felt super uncomfortable in my own skin. I have tried millions of diets. They never worked. And I never ever thought after seeing several before&after weightloss photos that I EVER could post any progress pictures. I just didn’t think that I could be one of those “successful people”.
I gained a lot of weight when I broke up with my ex two years ago. Now I’m in a new relationship and I really believe that when you start loving yourself you can also let other people love you too.
I was miserable as hell in winter, I just hated myself. So I decided to lose weight and I really really wanted it. The difference between this time and all the other times was that I took the diet day by day, I started to live in the moment. And the key to a healthy body is obviously healthy diet and exercise. As long as you believe that you can get the body you want easily, it’s not going to happen. Accept the facts and change your lifestyle.
My diet started in February, 2014.
1st picture : 154lbs / 70kg
2nd picture : 143lbs / 65kg
3rd picture : 132lbs / 60kg
I am 162cm and currently 60kg. Now I’m just going to focus on maintaining this lifestyle. I lost about 22lbs / 10kg but it’s enough because I know I’m living a healthy life and I have no interests of losing more weight. For the first time ever I can finally honestly say I am happy.
And all this happened in four months. Everything’s possible. Nothing’s impossible. Be healthy, feel healthy.
